jbethphoto asked: A mother is on a committee for Autism Fund-raising, for her son, who is Autistic. The father is using the fact that his son is Autistic to exploit and raise money and get signatures and parties from Playgirls/ the Playboy mansion.
The father is not on any committee or in any charity or organization for Autism, or any charity, for that matter. The mother is the only one raising the money legally. The father is not planning on using the autographs, parties, or monetary donations for the Autism committee and group, but for his own personal gain.
How would you go about catching this person legally and charging them with using an organization to receive illegal donations?
This is in the State of Ohio.
He is using Social Media- MySpace- to ask for his donations, and they are mostly in the form of signed pictures and small gifts from the Playboy Mansion and the PlayGirls, nothing too big, but it may turn out to be monetary if the PlayGirls feel they should give. Also, no offense to anyone but some of those girls are not smart enough to know to ask for that paperwork.
