My sister is in the process of setting up an animal shelter (for any type of animal) in Devon, U.k. We would like some unique and / or tried and tested fund raising ideas to raise money for abandoned / injured / cruelly treated animals. Please help!

How about having a charity pet wash? Have pet owners come by to have their pets cleaned. Let them know it si for a good cause.

you can have a car wash or charity dinner,I don’t wanna sound mean but having experience in animal grooming,a pet wash sounds like a great idea,but animals bite,expecially the ones that don’t know you,and what if you got bit?even the cutest dogs can and will nip people that they don’t know!Be careful and good luck!

The best raffle is where people take pledges and also give special prize it goes withthe more if they want .
For 12 hour walk in the local park you get hotdogs and do raffles the person who collected the tickets in any can to the draws and put the better then do raffles the tickets for hot dogs and can buy like 10 tickets and every dog jog people take pledges and also give.

why dont you find a company that helps people with raising money.like selling candy bars or candles or avon produt.
